Smile, It’s Contagious
Dear Class of 2011,
Smile at everyone you see, because it’s contagious. You can change someone’s life, by just a simple smile. Plus, it takes fewer muscles to smile, than it does to frown. Smiling changes the mood around you and makes tough situations feel so much better. Also, answer the phone smiling, the person on the receiving end can tell the difference.
Tell the people you love how much you love them everyday, because you never know when your last chance to tell them is.
Never hold back. Live every moment like it’s your last.
Exercise. It makes your day go better, you feel better, and you look better. There is never a negative part of being active.
Don’t take moments with your friends for granted. Enjoy every memory that you have to make! Therefore, don’t stay home playing Halo for two years of high school. You will regret it.
Go to every dance. They are fun.
Drink water! It is so good for you and you will be healthier if you do. Drink it everyday and remind the people you care about to drink it too!
Clean your room. You feel better and more organized when it’s clean. Trust me; you can function much better when it is clean.
Laugh really hard, every stinkin’ day. It keeps you young the rest of your life. Also, it makes life way more fun and enjoyable!!!
Eat chocolate. It tastes so phenomenal. You will love it.
When playing truth or dare, take the dare, not the truth. Although, when you do tell the truth, tell it as fast as you can.
Take time to smell flowers, watch sunsets, do the things you love, be spontaneous, sing-talk, go on dates, and watch movies. Life is not long enough.
Yet most importantly, don’t forget to smile!
